Terms of Service

Aura Cards lets you order a custom, interactive digital gift card (a small web page) for an occasion. You provide the details (names, message, photos, song choice) and choose when it should be delivered; we craft the card and deliver a private link to the contact you provide as soon as it is ready or at your selected scheduled time.

Pricing is shown at checkout and charged once, with no subscription. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never store your card details. An order is confirmed only once payment is verified.

You keep ownership of the names, words and photos you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host and display them as part of your card. You confirm you have the right to use what you submit, and that it is not unlawful, infringing, hateful or obscene. We may decline or remove content that breaches this, and may refund such orders.

The templates, artwork, fonts, code and brand are ours or our licensors’. You receive a personal, non-exclusive right to use the finished card; you may not resell or redistribute our templates.

We aim to keep published cards live and re-shareable. Higher tiers include longer-lived links and, where offered, a personal subdomain. We may perform maintenance and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your city], India.
